Equity Ventures Commercial Development and project partner Wall Development Group have begun construction of several residential complexes – including affordable housing – on the 34-acre mixed-use Gateway Landing development on Green Valley Ranch. In addition to the residential offers, the development partners will introduce a regional park that residents, local employees and visitors can enjoy and redesign. The introduction of several new residential anchors and a regional park marks the beginning of the larger 112 hectare development.
Through partnerships with Overland Property Group (OPG) and The Dinerstein Companies (TDC), the development will deliver around 525 residential units of multi-family, affordable and market-driven housing to accommodate a variety of incomes and a mix of uses for the community.
“Gateway Landing is the way of the future in development, and in this new era, mixed use environments must be deliberately designed with synergistic considerations. In addition to being a retail location, these community centers are a medical, business, retail, dining, and residential center where community members can meet their daily needs, ”said Mark McPherson, president and founder of Equity Ventures Commercial Development . “We are proud to introduce these new massive home anchors, one of which offers affordable housing options in the region, and look forward to welcoming new and exceptional residents to the region. The various home products offer a unique design, comfort and affordability, further establishing Gateway Landing as a “one-stop shop” for this emerging community. “
Amid increasing demand for affordable housing, OPG’s Green Valley Ranch reserves will meet these coveted housing needs for the city and county of Denver. These two residential projects offer high quality, affordable housing for various income levels and include 216 one, two and three bedroom units, a 7500 square foot clubhouse with amenities such as a 24/7 fitness center, cinema, game room, indoor and outdoor fireplace room as well as a business center.
Reserves at Green Valley Ranch will be supported by new high quality retail stores and restaurants at Green Valley Ranch, local schools, medical care and recreation, and the Millennium Green Valley Ranch, a three-story, seven-building, market-priced apartment complex supplied by TDC, adds, one of the leading “green” developers in the country. This complex with 312 residential units was intentionally developed for the regional workforce and offers modern apartments. Due to its quality and achievable prices, the project will set a new standard of living for the Green Valley Ranch.
To strengthen the sense of community within the Gateway Landing development, the development partners will also introduce a regional park that residents, local employees and visitors can enjoy and redesign.
Tony Pierangeli and Erik Christopher, managing directors of SRS Real Estate Partners, will manage the leasing transactions as brokers for Gateway Landing’s commercial real estate.
