HARIPUR: A civil court on Monday issued a suspension warrant against the construction in two khasra of a private housing association. The court ordered the defendants to appear in person on September 30th.
Ilyas Khan’s attorney, who appeared on behalf of Malik Muhammad Ashraf and others in Kamalpur Village, said his clients owned 40.1 canals of land in the housing association. He said that a Chaudhry Faisal Saleem tried to intrude on their property.
Civil judge Sanam Sajjad prohibited the defendant from building construction work at the housing association and granted a reprieve. The court ordered the bailiff to inspect the property and draw up a property sketch and submit it before September 30th.
