Eiffage wins orders worth almost 97 million euros Development of the Grand Paris Express stations La Courneuve Six-Routes and Le Blanc-Mesnil

Eiffage has received orders from through its subsidiaries Eiffage Construction and Eiffage Energy Systems The Société du Grand Paris worth almost 97 million euros is to be created As general contractor, the stations La Courneuve Six-Routes and Le Blanc-Mesnil as well as several infrastructure service centers.

The work will be carried out in partnership by the two group companies and will begin when Eiffage Génie Civil completes the major construction work for the first package of works on the Grand Paris Express Line 16, which was awarded in 2018.

The future La Courneuve station is located in the heart of the Six Routes district and will be one of three stations for lines 16 and 17 of the new metro. It will serve as a link to the T1 tram line. The contract includes the renovation of the train station and its five infrastructure service centers.

The 6,263 square meter station, designed by the architecture firm Chartier Dalix and built by Eiffage Construction, will feature a striking facade and a planted roof reminiscent of the nearby Georges-Valbon Park.

The contract also includes the installation of technical equipment and the supervision of the following electrical work packages by the Eiffage Énergie Systèmes teams. The high-voltage package includes the delivery and installation of all lighting, lights and power supplies. The low-voltage package includes access control, video surveillance, central monitoring, telephone and intercom, computer network infrastructure as well as public address and fire protection systems. The HVAC package includes heating, cooling, ventilation and extraction. and pipelines.

For Le Blanc-Mesnil, the contract includes the station itself, which is served by the Grand Paris Express Line 16, as well as six infrastructure service centers. The greenhouses and kiosks of public parks inspire the 5,600-square-foot station, designed by Berranger & Vincent Architectes and built by Eiffage Construction. Wooden roofs behind the glass and metal walls filter the light that reaches the platforms. The Eiffage Énergie Systèmes teams will provide the same services as for the La Courneuve six-route station.

The two stations, which are expected to serve 34,000 and 18,000 passengers per day, respectively, are scheduled to go into operation in 2024.
