Old Pinnacle Building Demolition Work (N Maple Street at W College Street)

Probably no road closures: Monday to Friday: Construction work on the site continues. There are minor traffic delays. Appropriate traffic controls will be set up.

Oakland Court Development (Lokey Ave and Academy St)

Estimated Road Closures: Monday through Friday: Academy St will be closed to through traffic between Palm Ct and Hembree St as part of the Oakland Court development. Lokey Ave will also be blocked in Academy St. Appropriate traffic controls and diversions will be set up.

Warrior Dr. Expansion project

Expected road closures: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.: The construction and supply work on Warrior Dr will continue. There are lane closures and shifts in traffic. Appropriate traffic controls will be set up.

Underground utilities (Elam Farms Pkwy north of Joe B Jackson Pkwy)

Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Comcast teams will install underground fiber optic lines along Elam Farms Pkwy. There are lane closures and traffic obstructions. Appropriate traffic controls will be set up.

Paving work on the turning lane (Butler Dr south of the railroad tracks)

Estimated Road Closures: Monday through Friday: As part of a private development, the new left turn lane on Butler Dr will be paved and striped. Appropriate traffic controls and diversions will be set up.

Working on the Atmos Energy Underground Gas Pipeline (Compton Rd between Jackson Rd and Flower Park Dr)

Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Atmos Energy crews will install underground gas lines along Compton Road. There are lane closures and traffic obstructions. Appropriate traffic controls will be set up.

Private water and sewer connection works (Brinkley Ave between W College St and NW Broad St)

Expected Lane Closures: Wednesday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm: utility teams will install water and sewer lines and follow up on Brinkley Ave. There will be road closures and traffic disruptions. Appropriate traffic controls will be set up.

Mercury Blvd Sidewalk Improvement Project SE Broad St and Middle Tennessee Blvd)

Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm: Construction crews will be installing improvements to sidewalks and traffic signals along the south side of Mercury Blvd. There are lane closures and traffic obstructions. Appropriate traffic controls will be set up.

Private development improvements
1) Joe B Jackson Pkwy in Shelbyville Pike (right turn lane)
2) Shelbyville Pike at Highfield Dr (turn left)
3) Titans Circle (useful work)

Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday: As part of a private development, improvements to the right-turn lane will be made at Joe B Jackson Pkwy and Shelbyville Pike, and Dr. There are lane closures and traffic obstructions. Appropriate traffic controls are in place.

Annual paving projects in the city

Expected road closures: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.: The municipal contractor is carrying out construction work on the following roads:
1. Public Dr, Shelby St, Mi-Tech Dr, and Porter St (plaster)
2. Tommy Martin on NW Broad St (handicap ramps)
3. Brinkley Rd near Wilkerson Downs Townhomes (drainage works)
4. Saint Andrews Dr and Cason Ln (sidewalk repairs)
5. Highland Ave between E Main St and Clark Blvd (Milling)

I-24 from MM 74.00 – 74.00. Concrete repairs on demand at various locations. Fri. 07/30 until Monday 8.2. continuously from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. There will be a full closure of I-24 WB exit 74A to I840 WB for concrete replacement.

RUTHERFORD COUNTY
I-840 from MM 45.00 – 53.00. Surface renovation on I-840 including concrete ramp repair. Thursday, July 29th until Thursday, August 5th and Fri., July 30th, to Mon., August 2nd, 7: 00-5: 00 pm, Friday, 7: 00-5: 00 pm, on Monday non-stop. There will be alternating lane closures for pavement and hard shoulder operations. The exit from the I-840 WB onto the SR 102 (exit 47) is closed due to the replacement of concrete ramps.

RUTHERFORD COUNTY
I-840 by MM 59-61 Repair of bridges on I-840 over East Fork of the Stones River including replacement of the approach slab. From Tuesday, August 3rd until Thursday, August 5th Alternating lane closures for the mobilization of devices and restriction activities in preparation for the lane closure at the weekend take place. LOOK AHEAD from Fr.8.6. until Tuesday 8.3. Due to bridge repair work, there are road closures in both directions. A track always remains open.

RUTHERFORD COUNTY
I-840 EB & WB at MM 60 The leveling, drainage, construction of two concrete T-beam bridges, signals and paving on SR 266 (Jefferson Pike) Thursday, July 29th. until Wed. 4.8. Traffic will be on the makeshift ramp to rebuild the existing ramp. The total driving width is reduced from 28 ‘to 12’.

RUTHERFORD COUNTY
SR 266 from LM 5.00 – 9.00. Leveling, drainage, construction of two concrete bridges, signals and paving on SR 266 (Jefferson Pike) off SR 102 east of I-840. Thursday, July 29th to Wed., August 4th, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Only SR 266 is periodically marked for construction work.
